Another sort of game where everything must be drawn in the imagination is the text adventure. In these, the computer describes the room or area you're in, tells you what items are around, and which ways you can go, and leaves you to imagine the
world about you. Users of text MUDs (Multi - User Dungeons) will recognize this, since the format is the same.

Recently, in the Scout troop I am associated with, a couple members became curious about Moria, and I directed them to Google! to download it. One of those guys has gotten his character's stats (physical attributes) all up to the maximum, 18(00), and has beaten the final boss multiple times. Crazy!
